SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – A Georgia Lottery player bought a lucky ticket in Savanah at the Highland Shell at 485 Jimmy Deloach Parkway.
This player won the $1 million top prize playing the 50X The Money scratcher.
Georgia Lottery officials said the winner chose the cash option for $809,000 and claimed the prize last week.
