The horror-action-comedy “They Will Kill You” makes its streaming debut on HBO Max beginning Friday. From director Kirill Sokolov (who also co-wrote the film), the new flick stars Zazie Beetz (“Joker”) as Asia, a woman who becomes a maid at a mysterious New York City high-rise called the Virgil, where she must survive bloody battles with demonic cultists. The film also stars Heather Graham, Patricia Arquette, Myha’La, Paterson Joseph, and former “Harry Potter” star Tom Felton. Available on HBO Max

‘My Adventures with Superman’

It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s the return of “My Adventures with Superman!” Season 3 of the hit animated series premieres on Adult Swim Saturday at midnight (streaming next day on HBO Max). Jack Quaid (“The Boys”) is back to voice the Man of Steel, with Tony winner Darren Criss joining the fun to voice Superboy (he previously voiced Superman in the “Man of Tomorrow” animated movie and its sequels). Take a trip through time with the new docuseries “Surviving Earth,” which premiered earlier this week on NBC and streams on Peacock. The eight-episode series explores how dinosaurs, prehistoric mammals, and all sorts of creatures survived various world-changing cataclysms across 450 million years of history. The first episode is now available to stream, with new episodes airing Thursdays at 8 p.m. on NBC, and streaming next day on Peacock. Available on Peacock

Kick back and binge-watch 10 new episodes of “Celebrity Wheel of Fortune,” releasing Friday on Disney+ and Hulu. A number of big names will join Ryan Seacrest and Vanna White, with the latest crop of celebrity contestants looking to win big for charities. The legal fight between stars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni may be over, but the film at the center of the controversy lives on, with “It Ends With Us” arriving this week on Disney+ and Hulu. The 2024 romantic drama follows Lily (Lively), the owner of a flower shop in Boston, who struggles to break free from an abusive relationship with Baldoni’s Ryle, a doctor. Based on author Colleen Hoover’s novel of the same name, “It Ends With Us” also stars Milton native Jenny Slate. Available on Disney+ and Hulu
