Yes, you read that headline correctly. NINJA Gaiden 4, PowerWash Simulator 2, Bounty Star, and over 50 other games are coming to Xbox next week, with the three listed all being Day One Game Pass drops. Also, Xbox isn’t listing it here, but The Outer Worlds 2 is out for Premium Edition owners on the 24th, so it counts!

Jeebus Christmas, fifty five games are coming to Xbox next week. Lots of heavy hitters and full-price titles in the biggest release of games I can remember in a while. Here they all are.
October 20th
- Ninja Gaiden 4 – It’s been over a decade, and NINJA GAIDEN finally returns! Check out my review one hour before its 8 PM EDT launch time.
- Ila: A Frosty Glide – The only other release of the day, this one looks like a chill voxel-graphic exploration title.
October 21st
- Double Dragon Revive – ARC SYSTEM WORKS revives the classic beat-em-up with odd-looking 3D graphics. We’ll have to see how this one plays before knowing if it’s worth checking out.
- Jurassic World Evolution 3 – Build and run your own dinosaur sanctuary park, now with 100% less AI-generated slop thanks to fan backlash.
- Painkiller – Painkiller is back with up to 3 player co-op. The classic arena horde shooter has been revitalized for modern gamers by Saber. We’re hoping to have a review, but the code isn’t in yet and time is running out.
- Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 – The Chinese Room has attempted to save a troubled production. According to today’s reviews, they have not.
- Dreamout – “Explore a surreal world with a cute alpaca! Solve puzzles, fish out the most unusual items from rivers, fight watermelon thugs and uncover all the secrets of this world!”

- Tormented Souls 2 – Surprisingly ambitious survival horror with a framerate in the trailers that seems to hover in the 20s. Good times for horror fans.
October 23rd
- Bounty Star – We got to play this 3rd person mech shooter at SGF and liked it a ton. Keep an eye on the site as we try to get a review out on time. It’s Day One in Game Pass as well.
- PowerWash Simulator 2 – Bigger, bolder, dirtier. This sequel is Day One in Xbox Game Pass, and we’ll have a review closer to launch.
- Chicken Run: Eggstraction – “Eggs-traordinary times call for eggs-traordinary heroes. After surviving the daring events of Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget, the gang is back in a brand-new adventure, and it turns out nuggets weren’t the only thing on the menu – chickenkind is still in danger! - Fast & Furious: Arcade Edition – We’ll have a review of this arcade racer turned console title. Just remember, it’s all about family.
- Hot Wheels Let’s Race: Ultimate Speed – GameMill continues to live up to their name, with more releases always dropping, forever! This kid’s focused racer looks cutesy and will have a review on the site closer to launch.
- The Jackbox Party Pack 11 – I somehow missed that this was coming, a new Jackbox Party Pack and it’s Play Anywhere? Neat!
- Once Upon a Katamari – Fudge me, this day is full. It looks like you’re rebuilding Earth after the King of the Cosmos accidentally crushed it.
- Plants vs. Zombies: Replanted – Is October 23rd “release everything” day? PVZ is rebuilt for modern devices, sounds like a good time.
- Reus 2 – “Become a God once again in Reus 2 by taking control of mighty giants whose command over their elements allows you to shape worlds, create an ecosystem of resources and enable human civilizations to thrive. Your choices will determine the fates of these fragile human beings, whose autonomy may lead them to great heights.”

- The Outer Worlds 2 (Premium Edition) – You get five days of early access if you either buy the premium edition or its upgrade version for Game Pass subscribers. This sequel will have a big old review from me on the 23rd.
- The House of the Dead 2 Remake – I heard this one was really bad on PC, so here’s hoping the classic light-gun shooter is fixed up for this console launch.
- Monster Prom 2: Monster Camp XXL – “Monster Prom 2: Monster Camp brings you more of the world’s best (and maybe only?) multiplayer dating sim, but in a way you’ve never expected!
